Dr. Alice Yang is a Research Fellow in the Division of Defense Strategy and Resources at INDSR, specializing in International Law, defense policy, wargaming, and military technology. She serves as an evaluator for the Critical Infrastructure Protection Committee at the Office of Homeland Security. Dr. Yang holds a Ph.D. in International Law from Brunel University London, along with LLM degrees from University College London and Soochow University, and a BA from National Chung Hsing University.
