Ashley is the Lead Instructional System Designer for Booz Allen Hamilton in 19AF/Pilot Training Transformation. Ashley is a Competency Mapping expert spearheading 19th Air Force's transition from task- to competency-based training. She leads a team pioneering competency mapping for the T-6 UPT and FBF programs, data strategy, and portal integration. Ashley has an M.Ed in Instructional Technology from Texas A&M and a BA in Education from UNC Wilmington.
