Virtual Simulation Specialist at the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) and researcher at the Western Norway University of Applied Science with focus on utilizing VR for training emergency professionals. Cecilia has been involved, led and been the technical expert in several EU project, research and development projects, extensive experience from quadruple helix projects and implementation of new technologies for applied learning and enhanced capabilities. For example, Cecilia developed and implemented the remote virtual simulation training format used in the incident commander education in Sweden and developed a roadmap for VR training for the United Nations.
