Dr. Daniel Lacks is the 4C Strategies - North America Chief Technical Officer (CTO) driving technical strategies at 4C. He received a Computer Engineering PhD degree in 2007 from the University of Central Florida. Dr. Lacks served as Chief Engineer contractor on the USMC PM Wargaming Capability Phases 1 & 2 prototypes chairing the VV&A workgroup.
