Major John Nicol is a Reserve Air Force Officer and the head of the RCAF Modelling and Simulation Coordination Office (MSCO). He is also a seasoned entrepreneur and startup successes include a Top 40 Canadian Defence and Security company. After a successful 20 year career as an Army Officer in New Zealand, he has enjoyed extensive leadership and technical executive roles such as VP Engineering in a NASDAQ company and Principal/Lead Engineering roles in corporations such as Lockheed Martin and Thales.
