Keith Taylor is the Director for CAE USA’s Navy Business Development group. In this role, his portfolio includes Air, Land, Sea, Space and Cyber domains with product lines in associated training spaces including both live and synthetic training, services, modeling, simulation and analysis and maintenance training solutions.
Taylor has been in this position since 2023 after serving as the Director for Navy Business Development since 2017. In this position, he is responsible for the growth strategies and business development for new opportunities and capture activities. Before coming to CAE USA, he worked for 2 years at the Top Aces Corporation, a small business offering Contract Adversary Services where he was responsible for their US Navy Aggressor program including Business and Product Development and Proposals.
A retired Navy Captain with over 28 years of service, as a Naval Aviator, he accumulated over 5,000 flight hours in A-4, F-14A/B/D, FA-18A-F, F-16A/B and T-45C aircraft, is a TOPGUN graduate and deployed on six different aircraft carriers. He was also an Ops Team lead at the National Reconnaissance Office, Chantilly, VA.
Military Command Tours include Strike-Fighter Squadron FOURTEEN, TOPGUN and Training Wing ONE.
In his last Navy tour, he served as the Deputy Commander, Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center in Fallon, NV.
Taylor has a BA in Political Science from the University of Texas in Austin and an MBA from Purdue Global University.
