Lloyd Kleinman is the Chief Technologist for the Security Assistance/International Programs Directorate of the U.S. Navy's Surface Combat Systems Training Command located in Dahlgren, Virginia. He has served in the U.S. Navy and has worked for over 30 years with the Aegis Combat System. He is responsible for the research and development of training tools that include PC-based simulation, distributed learning systems, as well as embedded training programs for the Aegis Combat System.
