Group Captain Paul Froome is the Senior Responsible Owner for the Combat Air Weapons and Next Generation Operational Training (NGOT) programmes within the Royal Air Force's Air Command, Combat Air, Capability Delivery portfolio. NGOT includes both the Gladiator Programme for synthetic (network, white force and cross-domain integration) and Portfolio MUSTANG for live (Red Air, surface and air EW, ACMI and CT ExCon) and the blending of the two. He is a Tornado GR4 Qualified Weapons Instructor and Flying Instructor pilot with over 2500 hrs on type, and multiple operational tours including roles within the AFCENT CAOC.
