Rory Holland is a modelling & software engineer at Frazer-Nash Consultancy. He has a background in aerospace engineering from the University of Glasgow.  Rory's work now focusses on agent-based modelling and deep reinforcement learning. This often involves the integration of AI into wargaming simulations to support complex operational planning.
