Shane Taber is the Chief Technology Officer of ECS and focuses on the development of innovative emerging technologies for use in military training and education. In his time at ECS, Mr. Taber has been instrumentally involved with developing and designing several flagship simulations and technologies, including the Tactical Combat Casualty Care Sim (TC3Sim) and VA Virtual Medical Center (VA-VMC). Throughout his professional career, Mr. Taber has continually advocated and explored the application and utilization of emerging media and technology for learning, education, and training, including Extended Reality (XR), AR, VR, Synthetic Training Environments (STE), and haptics.
