Mark has been central to combining the use of VR and AR to accelerate the time to competence for critical skills in containment maintenance.  He has recently led a UK team in delivering a joint UK/US project to demonstrate the concurrent use of a VR environment to undertake a design review, with reviewers based 5000 miles apart. He is currently standing up a project to build a VR environment to develop the necessary skills to assemble and disassemble mission critical hardware.
